Are your products 100% authentic?
Yes, we source all our products directly from authorized distributors and brands in South Korea to ensure 100% authenticity for every item in our catalog.
How can I check the expiration date of my products?
Most Korean products list the manufacture date (ì œì¡°) or the expiration date (까지). If you see the characters '까지', that is the date the product expires. We ensure all shipped items have a shelf life of at least 12 months.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for opened skincare items?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement.
How do I know which products are right for my skin type?
Each product page includes a detailed description of suitable skin types. You can also use our 'Shop by Skin Concern' filter to find products specifically formulated for acne, dryness, aging, or sensitivity.
Are the products cruelty-free?
South Korea has banned animal testing for cosmetics since 2018. While most of our brands are cruelty-free, we recommend checking the specific brand description for vegan or leaping bunny certifications.
